Bartending is a constant education, says Christian Self, bar manager at thirtyninehotel. He’s been tending bar for a decade, in addition to working at Bar Magic, a nightlife consulting company that designs and builds bars and trains bar employees. He says bartending is all about finding your passion, and trying new and interesting things.
