The venue is beautiful, but sadly, a bolted-down DJ booth doesn't allow enough space for most live bands. Also, the bars (one inside and the other on the lanai) are usually too small to accommodate patrons when they are filled to capacity. Still, on the mellower nights (Tuesdays, mainly) the place is chill and you can engage in conversations and chow down on savory pupus without drunk yuppies falling all over the place. And even when it's crowded, the music's great. They've also got $5 mojitos and fancy cocktails during the evening happy hour.
