Party pics: Paparazzi Grand Opening

Paparazzi, formerly Brew Moon at Ward Centre, celebrated its first grand opening Friday night with a red carpet VIP event. Local celebs (including "American Idol" contestant Jordan Segundo and a former Miss Hawaii), bar and club industry workers and curious clubgoers flocked to the new night spot, owned by George Kail, former owner of the Maze, Pink Cadillac and Blue Zebra.  Special guest DJ Crime from Las Vegas kept the dance floor crowded for most of the night.

Touted as being a night spot for an elite, fashion-conscious crowd, as well as a lunch and dinner spot for pau hana gatherings, Paparazzi will host regular fashion shows and DJ nights. If you missed Friday's grand opening, don't worry, the second, public grand opening is on Saturday, Oct. 24. at 9 p.m.
