The Kawaii Kon anime convention's first-ever Moonlight Formal Ball was held Friday night at the Hawaii Convention Center, and it sold out with more than a hundred people in attendance. Anime fans dressed up in their most elegant attire and danced the night away to a mixture of Japanese pop, anime theme songs and slower, classic tunes.
