Restaurant Row was a lively spot on Halloween. Bonsai Restaurant & Lounge held a big indoor/outdoor, kabuki-themed party, hosted by Russell Tanoue and Kim Koga. On the other side of Restaurant Row, Oceans 808 roped off an area for an indoor/outdoor costume party that attracted lots of people who partied until 4 a.m.
