Photo: Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds wedding

Martha Stewart's design team helped plan and execute the secret September wedding of Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds. It happened outside of Charleston, and Florence Welch performed at the intimate event held at Boone Plantation.
Martha's team is now featuring photos of some of the wedding elements in Martha Stewart's Weddings Winter 2013 issue, on newsstands Dec. 24. The bride's bouquet graces the cover.
Along with many dessert shots is a pretty photo of the edge of Lively's "cloudlike silk tulle" Marchesa gown, which, according to Stewart's team, "featured a fitted bodice, illusion crystal beading on the shoulders, and rose-gold embroidery."
Jeweler Lorraine Schwartz made Ryan and Blake's wedding bands.
Writes Stewart's team: "We quickly discovered that Ryan and Blake are not like the many altar-bound celebrities who sell their big-day photos to the highest bidder. This public, yet very private, couple's sole wish was to have an intimate affair (there were only 35 guests total). And while they remain protective of images of them on their most heartfelt occasion, they graciously let us share pictures of the elements we created together."
