'Everybody's sick!' at the SAG Awards

Let's hope someone was passing around the hand sanitizer on the SAG red carpet.
Jennifer Lawrence didn't look sick. "I'm fine," she told E!'s Giuliana Rancic. "Everybody's, like, scared of me. Are you still sick? And I'm like, I'm fine."
When Rancic asked if the Silver Linings Playbook actress, 22, had been ailing, Lawrence replied, "I have walking pneumonia." As Rancic stepped back, Lawrence said, "It's highly contagious!"
No, she added with a smile, "I'm fine now."
But on Saturday, her Silver Linings co-star, Jacki Weaver, accepted an award at the Australian Academy of Cinema and Television Awards in Los Angeles on Lawrence's behalf. From the podium, she said, "Poor Jen is really sick. She really is sick. She has pneumonia."
Marion Cotillard, however, really wasn't in good shape.
"Don't touch me!" she told Rancic when she went to greet her for an interview on the red carpet. "I'm so sick."
"Everybody's sick!" said Rancic.
Said Cotillard, "L.A. doesn't know how to deal with cold weather, I guess."
Also commenting on the flu, Dev Patel told USA TODAY's Bryan Alexander of girlfriend Freida Pinto, "She is crazy resilient. I'm always catching something."
When Dick Van Dyke accepted his Life Achievement award, he mentioned that his "lord and savior Carl Reiner couldn't be at the show. "There's a lot of flu going around." Mary Tyler Moore, he said, also couldn't attend. "Everybody's sick."
