New Year's Eve at the Kahala Resort

A special six-course meal will help you usher in the New Year on a full stomach. The evening begins with a reception in The Veranda at 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. followed by a dinner of  oysters & caviar, foie gras & unagi terrine; dungeness crab & chanterelle risotto, poha berry sorbet; Hoku's Surf and Turf of Colorado Lamb Chop Confit and Butter Poached Maine Lobster; and a special dessert.  Late night festivities will include dancing, entertainment and a midnight champagne toast.
