Celebrating Chinese New Year

Maunakea Street shut down for the weekend with food, T-shirt, and jewelry vendors for Chinese New Year. Since it has become a family-oriented event, there are also activities for the kids, like carnival games and miniature golf. The celebration runs from King Street all the way up to Beretania, with additional activities at the Chinese Cultural Plaza.
