First look: Mana Bu's
The bottom line
The items at Mana Bu's are great as affordable snacks or combined to make a meal. Everything is healthy, but you don't feel like you're eating sticks and rocks. Nothing is over-seasoned, yet everything is tasty. However, because everything is handmade, once it's gone, it's gone. The Asaokas have yet to figure out a way to mass-produce their items without compromising quality, which would then help them keep longer hours.
The current hours are 11 a.m.-2 p.m. and 4 p.m.-5:30 p.m. Monday-Friday and 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday.
