P.F. Chang's China Bistro

P.F. Chang's is yet another chic spot opening on Waikiki's renovated Beach Walk. Although lots of tourists naturally come, it's a fun place for locals to go when they're in the mood for Waikiki or maybe coming off work. The food is standard P.F. Chang's, which is a good thing if you like healthier, hipper Chinese food like wild Alaskan Sockeye salmon steamed with ginger. The restaurant has a nice open-air design that’s perfect for people watching. And vegetarians can rejoice that there’s more than one item for them on the menu. (There are even gluten-free selections.) With so much to choose from, it’s the perfect place to go with a group of picky eaters. But long lines are ever-present, so make reservations.
