This Kaimuki corner spot is one of our favorite places to do just what the name suggests — sip coffee and talk story with friends. The pace is relaxed, the pastries delicious, the eavesdropping excellent. College students shanghai tables for marathon laptop sessions. The space occasionally serves as a venue for rock shows. Banter between staff and regulars gives it a "Cheers" feel. And the coffee is reliably right.
