Back by popular demand. A few months ago, we explored some foods that are bizarre to many, but are actually delicacies in their home culture. The gallery produced such revulsion and intrigue that we had to find more to share with you. It wasn’t easy: Who knew that Samoan sea worms are seasonal? Or that milk gut isn’t readily available?
Thus, we tried some items that were surprisingly easy to find — many of them quite delicious — but induced retching from those who were familiar with them.
