Duck feet

These are prepared a lot like chicken feet — kind of a shoyu chicken-style kind of dish. Like chicken feet, duck feet are mostly skin, so you get a fatty feeling in every bite. Aside from the fact that these are feet, the webbing between the toes makes them unattractive, and most people don’t cut off the toenails, we found duck feet less desirable to eat than chicken feet because they are much less meaty. For all the work that you do to get the good stuff off the bone, not to mention dodging the claws, it’s almost more work than it’s worth.
