Fire Hoagie

We finally get to the other part of the menu — the steak hoagies. When you order one of these, whatever hip-hop album is playing on the speakers is drowned out by the clanging of metal on the griddle, as the cook chops the steak into the onions on the flat top.
For the Fire Hoagie, the steak and onions are topped with hot peppers and white American cheese. It's then served on a toasted roll, which can barely fit the pile of meat, but does an excellent job of keeping it all together. The steak is only slightly seasoned with salt and pepper, so the peppers add a nice zing to the sandwich.
$7.09 for 8-inch
Verdict: Yum!
