There are gallon jugs of Frank's hot sauce on display behind the ordering counter, so we're eagerly anticipating our buffalo wings, ordered hot. They arrive, crisp from the fryer, tossed in a buttery sauce with Frank's distinctive spicy tang. They could probably be even spicier (c'mon we can take the heat!) but otherwise, they're wings exactly how we would make them. The bleu cheese dipping sauce has chunks of bleu cheese in it, and the side of baby carrots help clear out the grease in between wings.
