Baguette
April 14, 2009

By feeling the baguette, we could already tell it had fallen victim to Manoa's humid air. The crust was soft, rather than shatteringly crisp, and the inside tasted simply like sliced white bread. It's comparable to baguettes at other bakeries, but spoiled by the texture and flavor of the fougass. We had hoped for more.
$3.75
Verdict: Pass (in favor of the other breads)
