A few days later, we're craving Indian food, so we stick with a familiar, though perhaps not authentic, favorite: chicken tikka masala. Himalayan Kitchen seems incapable of serving dry chicken. The almost velvety chicken is bathed in a luscious, spicy and tangy tomato sauce that we could just lap up. And we do.
