The lamb biryani is basmati rice with chunks of tender lamb, cashew nuts and peas, fragrant with curry and cardamom. The raisins mentioned in the menu description are missing from our rice, but their sweetness, along with the accompanying thin raita made with yogurt would make a nice complement to the rice.
