Okay, we lied. We knew we had to start with naan. We were just pretending to be more adventurous. Himalayan Kitchen's naan is more thin and crisp than most naan we're used to, but it's still delicious. We order it with garlic sprinkled on top, and it comes with a zesty cilantro dip.
