This is our first foray into Nepali food, and we like what we taste. Succulent chicken tikka (spiced chicken baked in Himalayan Kitchen's own tandoor oven) is mixed with green onions, jalapenos, onions and lemon juice and served in a papadum shell – a thin, crisp wafer. It's bright-tasting and a wonderful mix of textures.
