First taste: Himalayan Kitchen

The Himalayan Kitchen may be hidden from sight, tucked away in the 11th Avenue Atrium off Waialae Avenue, but in the month since it opened, it's already become a hot spot for foodies craving the heady, aromatic blend of Indian spices. But what makes the Himalayan Kitchen different from the other (few) Indian restaurants in town are its Nepali offerings. Drawn in by the promise of something new, we headed into Himalayan Kitchen with the intrepidity of backpackers in South Asia.
