Let’s face it: If you overindulge in alcohol at a party, it’s almost inevitable you’ll suffer the next day… a lingering headache, nausea, and hypersensitivity to noises, smells and bright lights. So how do you make yourself feel better after a hard night of clubbing? We asked some experienced party people for their favorite local hangover helpers.
We start with the curry udon from Sanoya Rahmen ($6.50), which is comforting whether you’re sick with a cold or sick from too many chocolate martinis. It’s thick, warm, carby, and has just enough spiciness to help you sweat out the toxins.
