Hidden gems in the plaza

Most people don’t think of Samsung Plaza on Keeaumoku Street as a dining destination — at least, not past the pho place on the corner. But gone are the days when this small, mostly Korean-run strip mall was occupied with just an electronics store, nightclub and hair salon. If you venture here looking for good grinds at a good value, you'll probably be as surprised as we were with all the offerings. We went with friends on several different occasions to scope out the hole-in-the-wall, Korean-owned eateries, and here’s what we found...
