White Dragon Roll

The White Dragon Roll at #1 I Love Sushi is the most unique sushi on the menu – a California roll topped with unagi, hamachi, avocado and yamaimo (a variety of yam). At first, the slimy look of the yamaimo put us off, but after one taste, we forgot about it. The unagi sauce, as well as the combination of fresh ingredients, were delicious and flavorful; there was no need to dip it in shoyu. In fact, dipping it in shoyu would probably ruin the experience, since the unagi sauce gives it all the salt you need.
