We liked everything about the kim chee handmade noodle soup: Lots of thick noodles, with seafood and veggies in every bite. However, while the mandoo soup was too bland, this was too spicy. Elim offers a handmade noodle soup (kal kook soo) without the kim chee, which probably would have been a better choice for us.
