Elim Cafe & Bakery

The seafood pancake (haemul pajun) is made with a thick batter laced with green onions and an assortment of seafood (squid, mussels, etc.) Usually, this dish is mildly flavored and has a zesty dipping sauce, but Elim puts chile peppers into the pancake. If you’re not careful, you might accidentally swallow a whole lot of hotness in one bite. Otherwise, it's a pretty good appetizer or snack food that's best shared with a group.
$9.95
Verdict: Try again, as a shared dish
