Gazen Daikon Salad

The "salad" was made with shredded daikon, nuts and a light shoyu dressing that had to be mixed in.

Jan: "I thought this would taste different. It’s kind of bland."

Shayna: "I like the raw potato salad at Pietro’s better. This is similar, but with less taste."

Ed: "Well, it’s definitely daikon!"

Melissa: "As a Chinese person, the $7.75 price takes away from my enjoyment of it. It's just crunchy and not much else, though."
