Wah Kung Restaurant
June 30, 2009
Of all the great things on the Wah Kung menu, or on this Top Ten list for that matter, the steamed fish on tofu is my all-time favorite. Just fish on tofu topped with ginger, hot oil, and steamed, this dish is beautifully simple. Finished with some shoyu, and its pure perfection. Try this with a bowl of rice, and you’ll agree that Wah Kung is one of Oahu’s very best.
So that's my list. It was a challenge to chose my Top 10 because I wanted a wide spectrum — places to go eat breakfast, somewhere to go at night, fine dining, a little bit of everything. But I feel good about my list and had fun putting it all together.

Oh yum this looks very good, I don't think I've tried this dish yet from there? My favorite is the fish with those caramelized almonds :)
