Boots & Kimo's

One of the things I instantly fell in love with about this place is its rather odd, yet efficient, system of taking orders while you wait outside. As out-of-the-ordinary as this may seem, once you get inside, you see the brilliance of the system when your food is literally brought to your table the second you sit down. Because the restaurant is both small and busy, the dining experience is reversed. You spend your time socializing while you wait outside, then once you get in, it's all grindage.

A true diner experience, with the hostess yelling at you to hurry up as you walk toward us.
