Mul naengmyeon’s cousin — pretty much the same, except a not-very-spicy sauce covers the noodles, and that slushy broth comes in a cup on the side. Totally good, especially if you’re not so into soup.
Cost: $9
Verdict: Yum!

This was a winnah! One summer I made a version of this dish every week until I got sick of it. But these guys do it right.
