Fitting in as much fun as possible

I'm all over the place. Literally.
One day I’m eating a shoyu hot dog musubi at an okazu-ya in Haleiwa, the next, I'm hiking up Makapuu with my dog, Sunny. Have car — and some spare time — will travel.
After living for a year in Chicago, I realized I didn’t take enough advantage of what I had left behind here in Hawaii, namely balmy weather year-round, unmatched plate lunches and easily some of the best surf in the world.
So no matter how busy life gets — with two jobs, five e-mail accounts and laundry that multiples at an alarming rate — I try to fit in as much fun as possible, whether it’s kayaking with my boyfriend in Kailua or laughing with friends over martinis at Panya Bistro at Ala Moana Center.
Because what’s the point of living in Hawaii if you’re not out there enjoying it?
