The carnitas — slow-roasted pork that's shredded and quickly fried to crisp the edges — had a soft, dry texture that's easily accented with fresh salsa. The chili verde — cubed pork simmered in a tomatillo and chili sauce — was my personal favorite. The pork had a flavorful, melt-in-your-mouth texture with just the right amount of kick from the sauce. Highly recommended!
