Honolulu's most popular meat jun

I tend to judge a Korean restaurant by its meat juhn.
Such a simple dish — thinly sliced beef, dusted in flour and egg and fried to golden perfection — and yet so complex. The meat has to be tender and perfectly seasoned. The egg batter can't be too overbearing. The accompanying sauce has to complement and not compete.
It's not easy finding that perfect meat juhn.
But I was on a mission. And with the help of Daily Dish readers who posted their picks on a recent blog, I sampled five of the most popular. (Yeah, tough job.) Here's what I thought.
