Gulick is probably Honolulu's best-known okazuya, attracting locals and tourists to its residential location in upper Kalihi. Once you find parking, the line forms on the left. But it's worth the wait if you feel like corned-beef hash, musubi and fried chicken. In 2007, Gulick opened a King Street location and holy cone sushi! After selling okazuya fare all day, it turns into Kochi, a late-night hipster lounge.
