San Diego native Jesus Santoyo opened Just Tacos because he missed Mexican food and couldn't find what he wanted in Honolulu. Now, his little eatery is a big hit, with Downtown office folks and students lining up for his family recipes of carne asada, fajitas, fish, shrimp, mole and flan.
