Melissa, I would eat most of those you posted. I love Pig feet, especially the Chinese one. Where's the hard boiled egg in the dish. I'll eat the papaitan but it has to be with the cow bile. I don't like goat. What kind Filipino am I? Hawaii Born. Love Fried Chicken Filipino kine. :) Thanks for sharing those Bizarre dishes.
