The eats

Traditional, more straightforward dishes are done well. The tempura plate was not only delicious, but also beautifully, yet simply presented.
All of the portions were prepared perfectly, even the trickier ones. The asparagus was still firm beneath the crispy fried coating and the slice of Okinawan sweet potato was nice and starchy, yet not soggy. However, when ordered all at once, the dishes come out one after another in quick succession, which makes for a crowded table. This also can allow hot items to cool before you can get to them.
