This cozy cafe in Fort Street Mall specializes in freshly roasted coffees done in micro-batches on a small three-kilo Diedrich Roaster. Fanatical about their coffee, they're also members of Coffee Kids, a nonprofit that ensures the kids of the coffee growers in third word countries get a chance to go to school and get an education and members of the Barista Guild of America.
