Cookies and cupcakes are always baking at this Restaurant Row sweet shop, and it's hard to resist trying at least something on display. Hokulani opened in 2005, and it's now the go-to place for cupcakes and colorful sugar cookies, decorated special for the holidays. Choose from several varieties of cupcakes, including Madagascar bourbon vanilla cake topped with buttercream frosting, chocolate cake topped with Chantilly and the most popular, red velvet with cream-cheese icing.
