Chef Ryan Loo will put a spin on the traditional holiday dinner. His four-course menu includes gingered kabocha pumpkin bisque, Kona cold lobster Waldorf salad, herb-roasted smoked turkey and cinnamon and caramel apple pie. $85.

Hoku's will offer a Thanksgiving Day brunch buffet from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. $70 for adults and $52 for children 4 to 12.
The Beachhouse at the Moana

Reservations available from 5:30-9 p.m. For $65, the adult menu will start with a choice of eggplant and goat cheese soufflee, Kahuku corn and clam chowder or salmon cakes.
