Matsumoto Shave Ice

- Price range: $ (Under $9)
It's by far the most-celebrated shave ice place in the Islands. And for good reason. This must-stop place for tourists and locals has been in business since 1951. And it still serves about 1,000 shave ice cones a day in flavors ranging from mango to green apple to tangerine. Locals know to add ice cream and azuki beans for a full-on, after-the-beach treat.
