  • Who says you have to go to Kahuku for Kahuku shrimp? Andy's serves up a variety of shrimp plates - hot spicy garlic shrimp, coconut fried shrimp and even shrimp jun. Actually, Andy's serves up lots of everything from kalbi to mandoo to loco moco and even fried rice. It's an offbeat little place, where the Korean owners allow customers to scribble messages and draw pictures on the walls. You might say it's urban Honolulu's version of a local shrimp joint.
