  • "Beard Papa" refers to an elderly gentlemen with facial hair who serves as the company's mascot. And what comes from this oddly named bakery are delectable flaky pastries from Japan that essentially are light cream puffs. In addition to the traditional vanilla creme filling that made the franchise famous, there are also flavors-of-the-day like chocolate or green tea.
