  • Most customers come for one thing - the katsu. Try the hirekatsu, a thick breaded pork tenderloin that goes perfect with the tangy katsu sauce. A full lunch includes a dozen slices of katsu, miso soup, two types of pickle, potato salad and shredded cabbage with cucumber and tomato plus a large bowl of rice. The atmosphere here is a little quiet. (You enter from the inside courtyard of the Imperial Plaza office building.) But when you gotta have katsu, you gotta go to Cafe Imperial.
