  • This noted California chain has set up shop downstairs near the Macy's escalator. It's a great choice if you want healthy Chinese that's low on grease and free of MSG. Although there are lots of stir-fry options, they also serve steamed fresh veggies and brown rice. Try the shrimp with mixed vegetables. It comes in a light, garlicky sauce that's surprisingly flavorful. Unlike most Chinese take-out places, the food here is made to order, so call in first if you don't want to wait.
