  • Located in a Kahala strip mall, where the old Tony Roma's used to be, Chin's serves up solid Szechwan and Cantonese dishes in a classy setting. Try the plum tree beef crisp or the green-tea shrimp, a house specialty, which comes deep-fried and studded with green tea. The menu is huge, so take time to order. At lunch, there are inexpensive combo plates. And oh, there's a full bar.
