  • Many pho-seekers end up at Cuu Long II to avoid the unending lines at To Chau around the corner. But they end up returning after tasting the savory pho and vermicelli noodle creations. It's located in a rough part of town ; near the River of Life homeless shelter and Aala Park. But the staff here makes up for the less-than-scenic view with its friendly, welcoming service. If you like Vietnamese, and you don't mind the drive into Chinatown, this is a must-try.
