  • Green Papaya Cafe might be known as a vegetarian restaurant. And sure, it does have a bigger-than-normal selection of non-meat dishes like vegetarian pho. (How is that even possible?) But meat-eaters aren't exactly going to go hungry at this brightly colored Vietnamese place that's playfully decorated with colorful Christmas lights. There are just as many straight up Vietnamese dishes, like vermicelli noodle bowls and stir fries, topped with copious amounts of beef, chicken, pork, shrimp or spring rolls. There are even five types of beef pho, chicken pho, seafood pho and oxtail pho.
