  • When you're in Chinatown and don't want Chinese, head to Hifumi's. They've been serving up Japanese food at the Chinese Cultural Plaza for nearly 30 years. Their famous teriyaki sauce is cooked for eight hours to ensure its sweet richness. They've also got old-fashioned tonkatsu and four sizes of shrimp tempura. Another thing to note: They haven't raised their noodle dishprices for six years.
